Treatment and Purpose of the Use of Personal Data

 

In order to be able to offer you the Pagatelia services we need you to provide us with the following personal data:

 

- name and surname of the account holder who contracts the service with us. In the case that it is a legal person, its social denomination and the name and surnames of the responsible person.

- tax identification number (NIF)

- address. In case we have to send you the device to a different address we will also save this one.

- payment method, which can be a credit card or a Paypal account.

- e-mail address

- mobile phone

-The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

 

At the time of collecting the data we will tell you if they are optional or mandatory. The refusal to provide data qualified as obligatory will result in the failure to provide or the impossibility of accessing the service for which they were requested. Likewise, data may be provided on a voluntary basis with the aim of providing the services offered in a more optimal way.

 

How are we going to use these data?

 

Your data will be duly incorporated into a file under the responsibility of Pagatelia.

 

We need your data to be able to make payments in your name and to send you the invoices and receipts. The first days of each month we will send you a notification to inform you that the invoice is available. We do it in newsletter format. In our newsletter we commit to send you only information about services related to Pagatelia. By accepting this privacy policy the user consents to sending the electronic invoice in newsletter format. However, through your user profile in www.pagatelia.com, you can easily disable the sending of these communications.

 

 Our commitment is not to give your data or your mail to anyone. The information that we treat with third companies is exclusively to be able to give the service and in any case they exist agreements of confidentiality and prohibition of use.

 

Online payment and delivery of the device

 

Pagatelia makes use of the services of third parties to provide its services of payment processing and shipping. These providers will have access to their personal data only to the extent that these data are essential for the optimal provision of their services.

 

Pagatelia does not store nor has access to the data of your credit or debit cards. These data are processed through the payment gateway of Ingenico Services*, one of the largest card payment operators that meets the highest quality standards. 

 

We send our devices by means of a messenger service, with which we will have to share the name of the recipient and the address. We are currently working with Correos Express*. 

 

How long will the data be stored?

 

By giving us express consent for the treatment of your data for the purposes described on this page, we will keep them archived as long as the contract remains in force or for the conservation period required by law.

 

In any case, you can freely exercise your rights of opposition, access, rectification, and cancellation of your data in the terms provided by Law 15/2009, Protection of Personal Data. 

 

How can I exercise my rights?

 

Your rights (Access, Suppression, Cancellation and Opposition) can be exercised through the following channels:

 

By sending an e-mail to protecciondedatos@verramobility.com, digitally signing your application using the Spanish electronic National Identity Document (DNI), in which case no further accreditation is required on the part of the applicant.

If Pagatelia does not respond adequately to your request or does not respond within the period established by the LOPD (10 days if your request refers to the rights of rectification and cancellation, 30 days if it refers to the rights of access and opposition) you can submit a request to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Pagatelia will adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data provided, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed.
